Account Representatives
In addition to 24/7 access to our Customer Service Representatives, a designated Account Representative is available to meet with each Client on a regular basis. Our Account Representatives have extensive knowledge of the UMass Memorial Laboratory systems. Their goal is to ensure that our laboratory services meet your specific requirements. Your Account Representative is available to:
- Provide in-services and training to you and your staff;
- Communicate laboratory updates and new test information;
- Handle your requests concerning our complete range of services.
