	Minimum Volume	5.0 mL Urine
	Remarks	Add 1 g boric acid/100 mL urine. Samples preserved with HCL or acetic acid are acceptable for this test. Samples without preservative are acceptable if frozen immediately after collection. Record total volume and collection time interval on transport tube.
	Notes	Urine must be refrigerated during collection.
