	Unacceptable	Stool, dry specimen and specimens submitted in preservative other than ethanol.
	Transport	Room Temperature
	Minimum Volume	Parasite in 1 mL 70-80% Ethanol
	Remarks	Ecto parasite larve/worm. Immerse in 5-10 mL of 70-80% Ethanol and place in clean unpreserved vial. If scabies is suspected, scrape the stratum corneum from the leading edge of the lesion and place in 70-80% Ethanol.
