|Notes||ALERT: This test requires a nuchal translucency (NT) measurement that has been performed by a certified ultrasonographer, approved by UMassMemorial labs prior to sending samples. • The Sequential Screen tests involve TWO blood draws, one in the first trimester and another in the second trimester as well as an ultrasound in the first trimester to measure the fetus’ NT.• Patient test results will be released only without risk estimates, unless pregnancy is at high risk (Greater than 1 in 25) for DS and T18 in the first trimester. • Patients who are at medium to low risk after the first draw should go for the second draw (MSSEQ2) to complete the screen|
