	Remarks	The blood must be sent to the laboratory along with a completed maternal screen test requisition.Specimen must be drawn in the second trimester between 15 weeks, 0 days and 22 weeks, 6 days. (Crown-Rump length (CRL) must be between 4.2-7.9 cm).
	Notes	This test requires a previously submitted sample for sequential one testing in order to order and result this testing. ALERT:This test requires a nuchal translucency (NT) measurement that has been performed by a certified ultrasonographer, approved by UMassMemorial labs prior to sending samples
